Spooky, dirty, unfriendly staff and I will not stay there again I swear.

The blankets were dirty, the window curtains looked like they'd never been washed. I found numerous cockroach-like insects in the room, and the soap and shampoo containers were empty. The room smelled.

The service was good, but unfortunately, the room cleanliness was very poor. The bedcover in my room was so dirty that when I put it on, my body and face immediately broke out in itching.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, and there weren't any tissues. The room was very cramped.

All is good, strategic location and close to culinary centers and shopping centers.

The room reservation stated breakfast, but in reality, it didn't, and there was no confirmation from the hotel or reception. The phone in the room was dead, making it a hassle to have to go up and down to ask questions.

I stayed here for 5 days, close access to Blok M, friendly staff and clean rooms.

The room is ugly, with worn out towels, yellow ceiling, torn pillows, and a very small room.

Convenient place, friendly staff, good for work. Breakfast is proper. Nice hotel near Blok M area.

The hotel staff is friendly. It's an old hotel, but it's still recommended.

Unfortunately, there are no hot water dispensers on each floor. So, if you need hot water for drinking, you have to ask for it in the lower lobby. The bathroom faucet leaks.

It's really not suitable for lodging, it's really dirty, filthy, disgusting.

The price is cheap, the location is very close to the Blok M MRT station, but the bedroom is very narrow and stuffy, the AC is not cold, the bathroom is dirty, the towels and pillowcases smell like they haven't been changed, and the breakfast is just so-so.

Located near malls, terminals, and MRT stations. 24-hour road access.

The room facilities are old... Some of the ceilings in the room are moldy and damp... and the phone in the room is dead.
