Overall, it's a good stay and I recommend staying at Sentana. My only complaint is that your ID card was held at check-in and could only be retrieved upon check-out. I'd recommend photocopying it using a printer, as you'll need it for safekeeping while exploring Pemalang.

I stayed for 1 day for a business visit, the location of Sentana is quite strategic, close to the city center, the room is quite spacious and clean, the staff is friendly.

When checking in at 20.30 the hot water is dead, the repair is promised to wait at 23.00. The room air conditioner is not cold enough, the bathroom is dirty.
