When checking in at 20.30 the hot water is dead, the repair is promised to wait at 23.00. The room air conditioner is not cold enough, the bathroom is dirty.

I was with a small family I happened to be given a connecting room. And it turns out very clearly heard the voice next to the room which is again disturbing. I want to ask to move, really, in the middle of the night, and the cleanliness of the bathroom is lacking, when I enter a lot of hair loss, but the food is delicious.
