Honestly, the staff and service are really good, but the room facilities are not so good. I booked a 2-bedroom room, but one of the rooms had no lights or air conditioning. It wasn't very clean and the elevator was also complicated to access.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the unit is very unclean and lack of maintenance. Need some improvements of the unit (cleanliness, proper active utilities)

The picture of the apartment room is different from the original.

The room is not maintained. Stains and damp smell everywhere. The sofa bed even has wet marks. It smells and itches when you sleep on the mattress. The sheets look like they haven't been changed/washed, they're not very clean, there are still dirty marks on the sheets. The bathroom can't be locked, the lights are not bright enough, amenities are not provided but when you ask for towels and sheets, the staff gives them. Never again.

Overall, the stay was okay. The room could've been cleaner, but for the price, it's understandable. What to expect, right? But if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it does the job. Good enough for a short stay on a budget.

The first room I booked was dirty, full of dust. Upgraded the room and it was still a bit better even though the blanket was dirty.

last minute reservation while on the road, around the time after breaking the fast, then culinary in Bandung until midnight..well before that I forgot to make sure the reservation to the apartment contact person (because the apartment is individual so it's not a contact like a hotel receptionist)..we tried to contact the number listed in the bio, but it turned out to be a general contact because this highland apartment has several branches and it took a bit of time to get the contact of the apartment contact person that we reserved. because checking in was already in the middle of the night, we were really afraid that we wouldn't be able to check in, oh it turned out that they responded immediately (they were also alert) so we could be shown to the room that we reserved..that price was worth it for 4 people so there were 2 rooms, we stayed one night (aka just slept). The cleanliness of the room is okay, the room temperature is okay, not too cold, there are no cooking utensils and drinking water, then the sheets and pillows are okay, the important thing is they are clean, the blanket is not so good so we only wear our own jackets, the toiletries are only bottled soap and towels, the towels are also only available 2 even though the reservation is for 4 people.. the towels are not so good, coincidentally I have never used hotel towels.. so it's better to bring your own toiletries and also bring your own drinking water.. oh yeah, make sure after making a reservation for this type of apartment accommodation, make sure first.. don't do it impromptu on the spot..

Kitchen Facilities (Stove, Kettle) Not functioning. No tissue. No bathroom equipment. Dirty mat. Dirty bedsheet. Very thin pillow.

The cooker has no plug, the stove has no gas, there are not enough power outlets, only 1 towel, and a thin blanket.

The only downside is that there is no Wi-Fi, even though it is really good, it is the most comfortable transit for going home.

The room was a bit unclean, the TV had no signal so there were ants all over it, but the rest was still safe.
