The staff is friendly, the hotel is quite good for an antique hotel, comfortable, beautiful, and cool. It's just that there's no hot water. The TV and Wi-Fi are working well, the room is clean, the AC is a bit noisy but cool.

When I stayed overnight on New Year's Eve, all the rooms were full. I got the front room near the reception. The room was quite big, and the building and furniture were old and made of real wood, but they were still in good condition and well-maintained.

It's a historic building, actually, as it's one of the oldest in Purwokerto. I happened to stay in an older model, so it's understandable that the room feels antique. The hotel is located quite centrally, so it's not too far from everything.

It's a bit sad, I got the price + tax (663K) for a deluxe room with 1 bed but I got a twin plus the room doesn't match the picture, plus the breakfast is not a buffet and you can only order 1 menu and 1 drink (tea), for that price other hotels are better, from the room and breakfast, other hotels are much better, but because it was the year end Christmas and New Year holidays, the hotel rooms were full, so I was forced to stay, if it wasn't full I would have moved hotels straight away, luckily the next day I got the hotel where I usually stay. Sorry in advance I was a bit disappointed, but the staff were very good, really friendly, polite, and responsive

Actual hotel room is very different than the photo. When asked, receptionist said it was the new rooms on the new building and it’s fully booked already. Seems deceptive. Ordered a Double but they said all the rooms with Double bed are sold out so we were given room with Twin beds and he squeeze the beds together. Not happy, will not come back and will strongly recommend to find other hotels nearby.

The hotel's rooms and service are good, and the rooms are even nicer than in the photos. Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant is poor. I don't know if booking a room affects the service at breakfast, or if those who pay and order additional breakfast receive different service. We waited almost an hour, and we were even passed several times just for drinks. If that's the case, I highly recommend not taking the additional breakfast option when booking a standard room. If you have a busy schedule, it's a huge waste of time. I hope there are improvements and upgrades, as this hotel is very comfortable, with a family-friendly feel.

The service was very bad, my car tire was flat, the air was completely gone, I thought it was a leak, but after checking the tire patch, it wasn't leaking at all, when I asked for CCTV footage, the hotel refused to provide information even though there was CCTV in the parking lot right above my car, the reason was that the hotel management didn't know where it was, it was very disappointing and not recommended.

The hotel is extremely strategic on the main road. The ambience is traditional with antique furniture. The bedroom is quite spacey. The aircon runs well. The hotel needs to improve the cleanliness since there are dirty spots on the blanket. My biggest concern is the bathroom. It doesn’t have warm water.
