With above average room size, it is a spacious and comfortable place to rest. It is one of the right choices if you are looking for a hotel in the middle of Palembang city.

Clean rooms, big beds, kid-friendly pool.

I don't like the staff in swimming pools.

For staying there, it was quite okay, because the family room was big, but the room key had an error. The corridor AC was not on so it was very hot.

Food/breakfast is too simple. For a hotel of this class, it's different if you stay at a hotel *. Okay, please pay more attention to the menu.

I was given an upgraded room by the receptionists, Jessica and Yogi, they were awesome.

The hotel location is pretty strategic. The food tastes pretty good. Our room is upgraded to 3 people, however the amenities are still for 2 people.

The hotel has a pretty location, easy access from and to airport using LRT. The breakfast food is amazing, a lot of variety and tasted good. One little feedback is the air conditioner is not as cold as per expected. It’s quite hot in the room.

Comfortable and friendly staff. Suitable access for family vacation, location with laundry close and to buy anything the location is close. Overall it is comfortable to stay at Beston Hotel.

The kids love it because it has a swimming pool, and the price is also pocket-friendly.
