Saya pesan kamar dan bayar via aplikasi. Saat datang ke reception ternyata sudah tutup dan tidak ada petugas check-in. Hanya ada 1 karyawan hotel yang membantu kami masuk ke kamar setelah saya tunjukkan bukti pemesanan. Kondisi kamar rapi namun terasa masih berdebu dan banyak serangga yang mati, selain itu juga banyak nyamuk. Air panas di keran bawah bisa digunakan dengan baik tapi tidak bisa keluar di shower atas. Air di wastafel juga tidak keluar. Pilihan menu sarapan terbatas dan untuk makanan yang habis tidak segera ditambahkan sehingga kami harus menunggu dulu sekitar 10 menit. Kondisi taman juga kurang terawat. Hanya keramahan staff yang bisa saya apresiasi.
