Very strategic and comfortable location

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful whenever we need assistance. The hotel is strategically located and budget-friendly, right in front of PIM. It's just a short walk to the mall. I always stay at Hotel Duta whenever I'm in Palembang. Hopefully, they'll continue to improve their service, making it even better, and always paying attention to the cleanliness and comfort of their rooms.

The service is good, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, close to the mall, places to eat.

The breakfast menu is lacking. For months now, it's been almost noodle and fried rice.

The location is quite strategic, but the rooms need to be reorganized, as some rooms don't have optimal facilities. Parking should be in a covered area, if possible, to ensure optimal vehicle security.

This has actually been my favorite hotel for a long time, but the more I've been here, the more it seems like they're neglecting the cleanliness of the rooms. The area under the bed is never cleaned, and there's still bread crumbs.

The food is the best here

The hotel staff who came last night were very unhelpful and very unfriendly, we had booked a room, but we wanted to check in at 3.40 am because we had a long journey from home and were carrying a baby. There was no compensation, we were told to check in at 2 pm, if we wanted to check in we had to pay the full room rate, so because of the conditions we chose to pay the full room rate, usually we are like that but we were charged. In fact, it wasn't even that. And the worst thing is that we weren't given proof of payment. This time we were very disappointed.
