almost all the facilities are comfortable, but there is no hotter for making tea and coffee

The restaurant's ordering service is not good, I ordered a hot cappuccino coffee at 21.34 even though the menu says it closes at 22.00 but they couldn't serve me because they were already closed.

This stay was beyond expectations, I had to move rooms twice. The first room smelled really bad, then I was moved to the next room and it turned out the AC wasn't working, then I was moved again to the third room, the atmosphere was really dim and smelled damp, because I was too lazy to complain, I just accepted it as long as I could rest. Hopefully in the future they will pay more attention to the condition of the rooms and their quality, because several times I have stayed here, this is the first time the room didn't meet my expectations. The receptionists were also some very rude, some very nice.

I enjoyed staying at the Padmaloka Hotel. It's beautiful, with a garden. You can see the garden view from the bedroom window. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled great. I got the room I requested. Toiletries, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, and soap were provided. The hot water in the shower also worked well. God willing, I'll stay here again.

Overall, it was comfortable. The food was delicious, the room was clean, and the staff were quick to help. I only have a few suggestions for the hotel receptionist: they would be nicer and smile. Every time I passed the lobby, the receptionist never smiled, let alone said hello, even though it's not that hard to do.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the bedsheets seemed not clean and not tidy. The bathroom was also not cleaned, you can see toothpaste stains on the wall.

Have stayed here 2x and highly recommended, comfortable and very likely to come back again. The price is friendly, the good thing is that around the hotel it is very easy to get culinary, this is one of the advantages. Maybe later you can add a water heater and instant drinks, the more value Padmaloka has, thank you.
