Nice and recommended place for trip and vacation

Comfortable room, cool AC, fast and smooth wifi, cool hotel atmosphere, quiet even though it is on the side of the main road, many food sellers around the hotel, all helpful staff, especially the security guard on duty when arranging car parking inside and those at the post who are quick to help crossing, very respect for all of you., hopefully the cleanliness around the room will be improved so that it will be more comfortable.. hopefully I can staycation here again

The location is near the main road, so it's not too far if you want to go to Jatim Park 1 or 2. There is a swimming pool facility that is integrated with the hotel container next to it, so you have to walk 50m from the hotel first. The staff is friendly.

Stay in a cottage, have a basic breakfast, and it's a bit of a hassle if it rains. The room is pretty clean.

The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and close to the city center.

Okay, I recommend staying here in Batu.

During my stay there, I was greeted by the friendly staff, from the security guards to the front desk. I chose a cottage room, which suited my family and provided easy parking access close to the room. Recommended for small families.

I took a shower at half past 6 in the morning but the hot water was off.

highly recommend this hotel, the check in - checkout process is easy & concise, guest service from the front office to the security is friendly & very helpful (brilliant), the room is very comfortable, clean & quiet, although the hot water shower is sometimes on and sometimes not (zamrud 1) but it doesn't matter, it's been ignored by the friendliness of the hotel staff, grooming greeting (5 stars), thank you Riverstone, I will not hesitate to recommend you to colleagues and family to choose you as one of the best accommodations in Batu.
