Clean, friendly service and close to the town square.

The staff service was exceptional. Check-in time was late at night and coincided with Hotel Aster's 25th anniversary, but the staff from security and others were very welcoming and helpful 🫶🏻. The food menu may not have much variety, but it all tasted delicious and the very famous Mr. Joko always explained the menu to all the hotel guests at the beginning 😍. Thank you Hotel Aster and team ❤️

Even though it is a 1-star hotel, it feels like a 3-star hotel. The place is clean and comfortable.

Yes, it's not bad, unfortunately, I ordered one bed but was given two beds.

Everything was fine, but unfortunately the elevator was under repair, so we had to take the stairs. The balcony faced a wall, so we couldn't see the view.

The staff is friendly, the hotel atmosphere is very homey, very comfortable, and the swimming pool is big, the hotel is busy but not stuffy because it is so spacious, this hotel is highly recommended.

A very pleasant & memorable experience staying at the Aster Batu Hotel with a price of 200 thousand standard room type, but special facilities ... Facilities: Room = Clean room, AC works well, very cold, hot water in the bathroom works & strong flow, 32 inch TV, mineral water, tea, coffee & kettle, amenities towels, toothbrush, soap & shampoo, room size P: 6.5 M x W: 3.5 M and equipped with a front terrace balcony for sitting and relaxing ... Special ... Swimming Pool = There are 2 swimming pools for adults & children, the swimming pool is large and long and the water is clear, fresh. Breakfast Menu: It tastes good and delicious ... Varied menu of pecel rice, fried rice, fried chicken, balado eggs, fried tempeh, corn omelet, peyek, crackers, toast, fruit, tea & coffee. In May, God willing, will stay here again ... :)

Very comfortable and strategic hotel

I'd stay here again if I were in Batu. Highly recommended. The staff, breakfast, atmosphere, and room cleanliness were all great. The only minor drawback is that there's no ashtray on the terrace, so cigarette ash is a bit messy despite my best efforts. In the morning, I expected the terrace to have been swept, but it wasn't. Maybe this could be a tip for me to clean it up more quickly next time. The kids loved it here. The Wi-Fi was also good, with no issues. Coffee, tea, and bottled water are available in the room.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were quite complete. However, the TV in my room didn't work, so I requested a queen bed and was given two single beds. The room wasn't soundproof, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant and was also damp. Overall, it was quite good, but there are still some areas for improvement.

Yesterday I got a room in front of the swimming pool, the toilet and sink were a bit blocked, the water took a long time to get in, and the room was a bit stuffy, maybe it was rarely opened.

Stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival, we discovered that the elevator was broken, even though we have parents with physical disabilities. Yes, but luckily we were still able to get the 1st floor. The pool is quite spacious. There are rooms for adults and children. The breakfast was quite good. The hot water was smooth. The AC was cold. The room was quite large. The TV only had local channels. The staff was friendly. Thank you.

Overall, it was okay, but it was a shame we booked two rooms for a family but were given separate rooms, on different floors and in different buildings. A bit disappointed.

The parking attendants are quick to arrange guest vehicles, the staff and receptionist are friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and fragrant, there is a terrace for hanging out, the breakfast is varied and delicious + there is a complete dessert & fruit, there is a swimming pool, cars can be parked in front of the room. There is also hot water + air conditioning, it is cheap + worth it. This hotel is equivalent to 4-star quality.
