It's good because it's close, the service is bad, slow

Old hotel that needs renovation. The bed and pillows are too soft. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is ok. It is close to culinary delights. For those who bring parents, it is better to request a room downstairs, because you have to climb stairs.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The best hotel in Sawahlunto.

Petugas ramah, hotel sepi dan perabotan sudah lama. Sarapan nasi goreng kopi diambilin. Dibawah standar hotel bintang 3 biasa. Mungkin karena lokasi.

Very happy special requests requested via the site were filled with the hotel. Because check-in is late at 9 pm and the bus is friday, dizuhar at half-past 1, the hotel is kind enough to love late check-out until hours. 1. so you can pray in midday first.

When I left the check-in, I was not contacted by the hotel if there were items left behind, until 2 weeks later I called the hotel to confirm.

Drains in the bathroom are clogged.

The rooms are old, but the breakfast is pretty good, the rooms smell a bit musty.

Good hotel, the service is good, although there are a few shortcomings but it doesn't matter.

It was the only one hotel that opened in the area because the other hotel was closed for renovation. The facility especially in bathroom is not nice, smoking room (if you travel with children this condition will annoy you), luckily we chose room at 3rd floor that was less ‘smokey’. The food for breakfast is not good (tasteless), but the scenery from the room is amazing. The wifi is available only at the reception area. At least this place gave us convenience to rest, to enjoy the old city (there’re coal mining museums around the city, good food around the area), and feel secured.

The rooms are not clean, breakfast is sober even though the room rate is high, not recommended.

The place is clean and spacious, but the light is lacking and the soap in the bathroom is not smooth.

When breakfast is out of stock. The water in the bathroom is not normal.

Please improve the breakfast menu, right, I'm comfortable with the room
