The linens in the room were stained and unfit for use, and the towels were worn and frayed, covered in stains. And there were cockroaches in the bathroom. One stay at this hotel is enough.

The bathroom door couldn't be closed, the towels were yellow, and the soap smelled really bad.

It's a shame this hotel is in the city center, but it seems poorly maintained. The receptionist was quite friendly, but you only get one room key, so if you leave without bringing the key, the staff will tap you again. The only problem is that you have to wait and bother the security guards... Pros: 1. Central location, very close to the Pramukasari busway stop. 2. Check-in and check-out service is good - not long, and the security guards are very friendly. 3. Close to where you can buy breakfast. Cons: 1. The mattress is still a bit dirty. There are lots of hairs on the mattress. 2. There are small cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. 3. The room lights are about to go out, making the room dim. 4. Dirty towels. Overall, it might not be an option for just a simple stay, but if you're planning a staycation, think again. Hopefully, there will be improvements. Amen...
