The room was very comfortable, clean, and cool. Breakfast was delicious fried rice and fresh guava juice. Getting a room with a small corner before entering made it even more comfortable. There's a swimming pool too, but children should be supervised as it's quite deep. Next time I go to Lembang, I'll probably stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was basic but unique, with only RCTI as the TV channel. It was cool even without air conditioning. The bathroom was clean. Complimentary breakfast was generous. Breakfast was also delicious, but I wish I had it earlier, as I was starving from the cold 😂.

The rooms are not very clean, and the villa is poorly maintained. It's pet-friendly, but you have to pay an additional Rp 50,000 per dog. They extort money when you get home.

Staying three days after Eid al-Fitr, whether some of the staff were on leave or simply short, resulted in slow service. Check-in was also delayed until 4:00 PM.

True to its name, the atmosphere is truly homey. Accompanied by the mist and views of pine trees from the room, it's truly relaxing. The room is quite spacious, can accommodate four people, and there are plenty of seating areas in the lobby, which are also great for chatting with family. Food can also be ordered to your room and is quite affordable. The breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately, it was too late for most morning people. Meals were only delivered around 8:30. Perhaps in the future, guests could be informed that the food would arrive later so they could be ready. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay here.

The place is nice to escape for a while, take a breath before going back to the activity again. Good for a staycation. If (only if) it was renovated a little so it doesn't look shabby from the outside, it would be much more comfortable. I want to be cold, of course it's the Lembang area. The breakfast is good but just ordinary. Not really delicious (high expectations because of reading people's reviews). It turns out that you have to pay for the mattress that is tucked under your elbow.. there should be no picture at all...

Recommended for small family vacations, the rooms are super cozy at an affordable price. The staff is also super friendly. We happened to check in on a Sunday afternoon, so the hotel felt like our own.
