Strategic location, good service

the hotel was good actually. the only annoying thing is the smoking policy. I'm not a smokers. when I enter my room, the room has strong smoke smell and bathroom smell. i guess the smell came from air duct from other room.

The room was dirty and dark. The toilet smelled a bit. The door was broken. The mattress had lots of stains.

hmmm... I came here because my usual hotel was full.. just one night for a morning flight. But sorry, the room was dirty, the paint was peeling, there were often insects I don't know what they were called on the table, the TV remote was broken, the toilet was too narrow, and so on. I asked for a room change, but unfortunately, I was replaced with a room that wasn't what I expected. The room I was given was small, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the air was humid. When I asked for another room, the staff said it was full. Then at breakfast, the staff quickly collected the plates, even though we were still at the table eating. 🤯 I think this will be my last stay here.

Very dirty hotel. Cockroaches everywhere. There are cockroaches in the front lobby, there are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom is smelly and cramped, the towels are torn. Really bad experience

With a room rate equivalent to a 3-star hotel, around 570 thousand per night, the breakfast lacks variety. The breakfast is equivalent to a 2-star hotel. Other things like cleanliness, service, and room size are still quite good.
