The water faucet was broken and couldn't be fixed, the water wouldn't flow, the mattress was uncomfortable and not soft enough to make noise when moved. The Wi-Fi was slow. The service at breakfast was very unfriendly. The staff needed training in service excellence, as their service standards were below standard.

Please clean/replace mineral water and glasses without asking.

There are cockroaches in the toilets at the hotel. If possible, check the toilets carefully, as cockroaches are coming out of the drain.

Very nice staff. Room a bit small though and no window. The price was comparable to other hotels in the area where you get a window.

Check-in was too complicated. I had to go up and down the elevator three times because my access card wouldn't work. On the other hand, the app had hot water, but the room didn't. I found the bathroom to be too dirty for 600 rupiah. Hopefully, this will be improved. It's a real bummer.

Strategic location, good service

the hotel was good actually. the only annoying thing is the smoking policy. I'm not a smokers. when I enter my room, the room has strong smoke smell and bathroom smell. i guess the smell came from air duct from other room.

The room was dirty and dark. The toilet smelled a bit. The door was broken. The mattress had lots of stains.

hmmm... I came here because my usual hotel was full.. just one night for a morning flight. But sorry, the room was dirty, the paint was peeling, there were often insects I don't know what they were called on the table, the TV remote was broken, the toilet was too narrow, and so on. For the same price, at a regular hotel you can get much better facilities with a spacious room and Netflix, as well as a better bathroom. Thank you.. 700 thousand at that time last night
