OK, the staff is friendly. What bothers me is when the entrance access door is so complicated that it can't be tapped. Even though we asked security to open the door if we came from outside. Dirty toilet, dirty sheets, AC not cold.

Had to move rooms several times due to disturbances, first the room had lots of mosquitoes because it was in the corner of the 1st floor, after moving it turned out the AC wasn't cold, finally the room was upgraded to Deluxe with facilities that weren't too different but better than before. The plus point, we were served well and friendly by the hotel staff. Hopefully the future will be better.

Strategic location on the side of the road, the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The check-in process is fast and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately at the hotel there is no breakfast yet. But in the parking area there are lots of delicious and cheap food. Well maintained clean rooms. Next maybe I will check in again here 👌.

The hotel room is clean, the bathroom is clean but the air conditioner in the hotel room doesn't turn on, only the air conditioner is open, just give up ordering a hotel room there.

Staying the second time, it turns out that there have been many changes, hopefully it will get better and the prices will remain cheap among the surrounding hotels. The staff is kind and friendly, the check-in process is easy and fast, the rooms are well-maintained. Unfortunately the restaurant is still closed, to eat in front of the hotel/parking area there is a canteen. Near Cipulir Market, suitable for me as a trader or those who want to shop for clothes and other things, just walk.

The check-in process is fast, the hotel staff is friendly, the price is cheap but the rooms are quite large and clean. Even though the restaurant is closed and there is no breakfast, there are many selling around the hotel, and there is an ATM gallery, as well as near ITC Cipulir. For comfort, cleanliness and service. Okay.

The staff is very unfriendly, the air conditioner is not cold, the TV is broken, the mattress is dirty, the blanket has holes like used cigarettes, the first torn towels I entered I deliberately waited 15 minutes to find out if the AC was cold or not, when I asked to move rooms to the hotel even said the hotel said 10 minutes even though I had waited 15 minutes in the end because I was lazy to say again because the receptionist was rude, so I stayed at the hotel all night and it was too hot & the TV was broken.

first I entered the room I wanted to lie down, the sheets were dirty, there was a mark of such a thing even though I just checked in from there already 🥴🥴 tyus when I went to the bathroom the toilet was dirty, the tires were dirty on the ceiling, there were cobwebs so yeah, that's about it.
