I stayed at this hotel for a reunion. They provided pick-up from the train station, the staff were all friendly, and the hotel, although old, was kept clean.

The hotel feels incredibly neglected. I last visited here after COVID-19 and thought it was because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and six years later, it's still the same, if not worse. The rooms are full of mosquitoes, and the elevator is creepy, like an old, outdated elevator.

Honestly, it's really comfortable, it's just that the building is old.

Karaoke on the 1st floor can be heard all the way to the 6th floor. We could hear the person next door snoring 🤭 and a cockroach strayed into the room. The sheets and bedcover were worn out and needed replacing. The service was excellent and friendly, but the facilities and cleanliness were lacking. Breakfast lacked variety. Rating 7/10, hopefully it can be improved. Keep up the good work, Prima!

Wi-Fi signal not good, never came into the room. It's a 4-star hotel but doesn't have an ironing board.
