Actually, staying here was recommended by a friend who is a PWT, the service is okay, the location is good, btw we got upgraded to the executive pool, because the deluxe doesn't have a king. Just need a few notes: 1. Food for western food is less varied 2. The vinyl floor in the room is a little raised 3. The bathroom smells a little bit of urine 4. Everything was fine, except for the incredibly long check-in time. We arrived at 2:00 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet, and we had to wait a long time. We were finally able to check in around 2:30 PM. I think this is very unprofessional for a 4-star hotel. It needs to be improved. Thanks.

I've stayed in many hotels while traveling, and this was the first time the power went out overnight. When I asked for compensation, they only gave me a water bottle, and the reason was that I hadn't reported it the night before. I woke up that night to find the power out. The problem is, this is a four-star hotel that costs over 1 million rupiah a night; the service and maintenance should be good.

The hotel is located in the city center and walking distance to Kemambang Park, that is good for parents with toddlers. The hotel is quite spacious and clean with good breakfast options. While the bedroom size and cleanliness is okay, the soundproof is terrible. For some reason, the door is too short and we can hear people speaking and laughing in front of our room at midnight, even when they are only passing. Honestly, please change that door.

Upon check-in during the Chinese New Year long weekend, we were given an upgrade to a Deluxe Balcony room. The room is very spacious and comfortable for children. This is our third visit to Hotel Ja-Her Purwokerto. Keep it up!
