From the moment I arrived at check-in, the frontliner was unfriendly, the lady was a bit grumpy. I wanted to go home with my children and get in the car, but there was a staff member standing at the entrance, no one making any moves to help me, even though I was carrying a lot of luggage and holding two children. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom floor wasn't very clean, and the toilet was a bit yellow. For a price above 1 million rupiah per night and my first time here, I was disappointed and wouldn't go back. Thank you
