The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel location is very close to the biggest shopping center in Manado.

Not like before. This holiday was a bit disappointing even though hotel prices are currently expensive.

I don't like hotel pillows which are now too hard. I asked for a replacement pillow and they said they didn't have any.

Close to shopping facilities

The location is close to Mantos Mall and the culinary area. Overall, it's okay, but the room cleanliness is lacking. They need to be warned before cleaning.

The AC wasn't cold. The electricity often went out. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had during my stay. It's the worst hotel I've ever encountered. I couldn't even sleep well because of the heat. It was also very noisy. The room wasn't soundproof... I won't be staying there again. Highly not recommended!!!
