It's scary, there's sweeping at night at 3 am, the bathroom is scary, everything is scary, the bed is dirty and smelly, the towels are smelly

The towels are a bit less clean. The bed cover is a bit yellowed. The toilet area smells a bit.

Service is okay, close to dining area, minimarket.

Cheap accommodation, very comfortable rooms and facilities.

The staff explained about the room in a unclear way and seemed unfriendly.

stayed overnight, the room was just so-so, clean, the AC was okay, but the management would be better off changing the towels. They were already ugly and smelly, no different from a doormat (sorry).

At check in, I was given a manual key. However, the key was broken and I was accused of breaking the key and was advised to pay for the key replacement fee. Very poor experience

The hotel location is strategic, suggestions for the hotel cleanliness must be improved again. It is better to prepare towels, pillow cases and sheets when guests check in, so they are cleaner and ready to use.

Room is clean but no lift to reach 3rd floor and kettle no provided so can't have a tea or coffe at room.

The room type I ordered did not match what I got. I ordered a deluxe but the deluxe room was not ready when I checked in and was offered a standard room, or told to wait until 1 am to get a deluxe room! Why is the service so bad? We pay not to sleep for free, please comply with what is requested.

Towels are not washed, towels are very smelly, if blankets are not washed, at least wash the towels!

Lumayan sih untuk kamarnya, suka sama kamar mandinya walaupun kecil tapi bersih, bagus, dan terawat.

There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hot water sometimes doesn't work. Many of the electrical outlets are broken. It's hard to charge your phone.
