Parai Beach is undeniably beautiful. It's beautiful, clean, and great for playing, especially with kids. The beach is very close to the rinse-off area before diving into the pool. Personally, I find the food prices "tender"; since this is a tourist destination, it's reasonable. I recommend bringing plenty of outside food. There's no prohibition against this. The breakfast menu is very varied, and the taste is delicious and just right. The staff are friendly.

Check in was supposed to be at 2, but the room wasn't ready. I only entered the room at 4:30. The sheets weren't clean and there were blood stains, and there were lots of mosquitoes.

An exciting experience staying with friends, beyond expectations because previously the memories were a bit less pleasant when staying here, but it turns out that now Parai has renovated many rooms to be more modern. However, currently according to the hotel staff, the renovated room types are only the deluxe sea view and deluxe garden row 1, others will follow. We stayed in a deluxe sea view with 2 connecting rooms and 1 deluxe garden row 1, very satisfying. After booking via OTA, we immediately contacted the hotel to request a connecting room and were granted. The room is spacious, there is space like a living room, the bathroom is also spacious, complete amenities. The mattress, blanket, and pillows are clean and soft. The breakfast is delicious and quite varied, suitable for the tongue, the sticky rice porridge is also delicious with the right level of sweetness and there is a traditional village bakwan menu. Very suitable for families and honeymooners. The champion is of course the view, each room is equipped with a glass wall so you wake up in the morning straight to the beach. The best view seems to be room no. 102, 103, and 104, but the others are also okay. A few suggestions are for the cleanliness of the room, the cup tray was sticky and it seems like it wasn't cleaned by the previous guest, and the wifi doesn't reach rooms 109-110. If we plan to stay in Sungailiat again, Parai will be our next choice.

The hotel staff was responsive. Cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was decent. However, the water in the private pool was too high in chlorine, making it sticky.

When I checked in, I was actually shocked to get a room that didn't meet my expectations. I was replaced with a deluxe room, but after seeing the room, it was really old-fashioned. The toilet smelled really bad, the curtains were different from the others, and what was worse was that there was no room light, I only had to rely on a bedside lamp. I got the room in the corner and the back part was no longer suitable. It had to be repaired for the deluxe room 140. The staff were friendly and fast.

The staff were friendly and the view was great, but the cleanliness and comfort of the room were not so great. The furniture was very old-fashioned, with much of it covered in dust, and the ceiling looked like it was about to collapse. It was really scary. The bathroom was dirty, and the area above the sink was covered in trash.

Overall, the experience was quite good, but the staff wasn't very responsive. I checked in after check-in hours, but the room wasn't ready, and the key was only given after several requests. The bed type didn't match the one listed in my booking. I accepted it anyway because it was already late in the evening and I didn't want to rush check-in, and the room would only be prepared after arrival. For those staying on Saturday nights, there's a BBQ party with an additional fee, which is quite expensive compared to the BBQ menu options.

Villa number 10, the AC is broken, it keeps turning on and off, it's not cold at all, there are lots of mosquitoes in the room, and the room is also not very clean.

The staff are all friendly, the place is nice and comfortable, suitable for families.

The best resort hotel for healing with friends and family

The hotel's location is on a beautiful beach...it might need some new furniture in the room as the furniture is starting to peel. I recommend coming here.

The plan was to just stay here and then go to another beach, but it turned out the beach was nice too. Room service was a bit slow, it took an hour to order food and the hotel room was dusty, but thank God the staff were friendly.

I don't regret staying here, besides the friendly service, the rooms are spacious, and the food is delicious.

Poor facilities. But the sea is beautiful.
