Honestly, this hotel is actually quite decent. I like the room but it's a bit dark, there are lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom and some in the bedroom, luckily they didn't get on the bed... The walls are full of chewing gum marks. I like the room because the AC cools quickly and doesn't smell of cigarette smoke, and there are no mosquitoes... It could be a second alternative if you stay in Batam. If you like seafood, it's a 2-minute walk to the next door... 5 minutes walk to Indomaret and Alfamart... Score 7-8 yeah... Minus the cockroaches and the walls full of chewing gum marks... Anyway, thanks Godes Hotel.

Overall, the room was nice. The AC was cool, and it was close to food vendors. There was a refrigerator and it was cool. However, there were cockroaches in the room. In the future, please spray Baygon after every cleaning. Thank you.

I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking one. The second day, my room was cancelled because I didn't check the booking details. Check-in was delayed until almost 3 p.m., and I was only able to check in after a lackluster receptionist.

The room was fairly clean, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that the elevator on the second floor hadn't been repaired.

We booked this hotel last minute for the trip as all hotels were sold out. This hotel is old style. With the cheap price, I know I actually cannot complain. But it could be better if they cleaned the room properly as dust was everywhere on the furniture, the aircon was dripping water and not clean, as we fell sick the second day.

The room is full of smoking smell. From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt a smoking smell. No extra water bottle could be provided when I requested it. Also, the Wi-Fi is very slow; I have recharged extra on my own to have connectivity. Also, the bed in the room has small flies around. They can maintain it in a better way by adding room fresheners to maintain a good smell and good feel in the room.
