Overall everything is good and the service is okay, only the AC could be serviced

The staff was friendly, and the room was decent. But the AC wasn't cold at all; a fan would have been better. The Wi-Fi was also slow and intermittent, and I happened to be using Telkomsel, so I didn't have any network.

The staff was friendly, including the hijab-wearing lady on duty on July 18, 2026. She assisted with check-in, no hassle, and always smiling. The room was clean, with clean water, and the towels didn't smell. The food should have included fried rice, not just plain white rice for breakfast. It was quite tasty and filled me up. Thank you, Parma Panam. If we ever visit PKU again, our family will definitely stay here again.

The hotel service was quite impressive, with its friendly and detailed service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the rooms weren't soundproof, so people passing by could be heard quite loudly.

Thank God, I stayed at this hotel for three nights and found a fairly comfortable and clean room. The only downside, in my opinion, was that the room was too small for a family, and I'd also like to recommend the food, as there was no chili sauce, making it less than ideal.

I would like to complain about my experience at your hotel. I checked out on May 29th and soon afterward realized I had left a pair of earrings in my room. On the evening of May 30th, around 10:00 PM, I returned to the hotel to inquire about them. However, I felt uneasy with the response from the receptionist on duty at the time. She immediately made it seem as if the earrings hadn't been left in the room and had possibly fallen on the street, without making any attempt to help me check further. In my opinion, this response was unethical. As a customer, I hope the hotel can provide more empathetic service, such as helping me check with the housekeeping team first or suggesting that I wait for confirmation the next day. I also noted that the receptionist on duty at the time was a thin man with glasses, who claimed to be on secondment at the hotel. Through this message, I hope that management can follow up on this incident, both regarding locating my items and improving the quality of staff service in the future. Thank you for your attention and response.

It's pretty decent for the price, but the only downside is the abundance of tiny cockroaches, which are very dangerous because they can get into your ears. Food can't be left out for long periods because of the roaches. The room also lacks soundproofing, so noise from outside is very audible. Other than that, it's still worth it.
