The hotel is currently under renovation, but it remains open for service. The rooms are filthy, dusty, dirty, and smelly. The bathroom smells of urine.

The hotel is nice, classic but the cleanliness is beyond reason to the point that I don't dare to use the blanket and don't dare to use the toilet.

The hotel staff was friendly and kind. The service was also good. However, the hotel's facilities and cleanliness made me check in at 7 PM and immediately check out.

The moment I entered, I was already terrified. I felt uneasy because the building was old and looked like a test of courage. But I still tried to be positive until I reached my room. However, the space was a bit uncomfortable because the room was cramped. Furthermore, when I first checked in, they told me that my online payment included breakfast. Eh... the staff said there was no breakfast because the cafeteria was closed. It was ridiculous. There was no refund or anything. It was like the payment included food, so how could there be no food? It was strange. So I decided to give charity and go downstairs and return the key to check out, even though I'd only been there for 30 minutes. Overall, it was uncomfortable.

It's relatively inexpensive, but when we're ready to swim, the pool is still being cleaned, while we're already in a hurry to get out. It's best to clean the pool during off-peak hours, like 1 p.m. or at night.

nice hotel, but no blanket in the room

The room was spacious but the buffet was thick with dust, there was no telephone in the room, the hotel number listed on Traveloka was unresponsive, the TV and AC remotes were missing, the bathtub was broken, the hot water tap was broken, and the refrigerator was not working.

the experience of staying here was not pleasant, the hotel environment was not clean, the room was big but not comfortable, the pillows were hard, the mattress was already really springy, there was no drinking water in the room, there was no security guarding the entrance and exit so I was wary of vehicles outside, the cleanliness of the hotel was not maintained, it was dusty and there were cigarette butts in the lobby and stairs from when I checked in until I checked out it was still the same, I don't recommend staying here at this price

The hotel was horrible, dirty, no towels, shabby, constantly disturbed by creatures there, in the middle of the night someone rang the bell several times but there was no one there, uncomfortable, when I went out it felt like someone was following me.

The service is good, the rooms and facilities are okay, but the parking lot doesn't have a canopy. Please provide a canopy so that motorbikes or cars don't get too hot or wet.
