My experience staying at Sabda Alam Hotel & Resort was amazing. I got free gym access, free access to the water park, and free breakfast. The service was friendly, and the swimming pool inside the hotel was clean and spacious. Hopefully, the water park management can improve the cleanliness of the pool. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I was very touched and respectful that the hotel employs people with hearing disabilities. Thank you... I will stay here again.

The hotel staff are friendly, starting from the security guards, receptionists, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff.

I had the opportunity to stay in one of their bungalows, Suite Asri, with my family, and I must say it suited us perfectly. The bungalow can accommodate six people comfortably with three queen-size beds, a living room, a wide back terrace, and a private pool with hot spring water (the water temperature were warm and not so hot, safe for hours of soaking). The view is perfect; we can see a mountain perfectly from the terrace, along with a fish pond and lotus flowers. We were also provided with complimentary snacks and drinks. The resort also features a sauna, a gym, a warm water pool, and a waterpark, all accessible to guests. What could be improved, though: 1. There's only one bathroom and one toilet in the bungalow, which I think is somewhat less accommodating for six people. 2. The staff. The staff were helpful and nice, but I also encountered some who were not. The staff were generally nice, but the level of hospitality could be improved because they do have potential.

The place is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the overall room is not very clean. Also the soundproofing is not good, okay, it's called glamping, but please, the management should make a rule not to fire the sound system + music in the front and back for people gathering, because camping is supposed to be quiet and many people bring small children/babies. Hopefully in the future it can be better.

The service was not very fast when I needed help after checking in, but the staff were ok, the room was clean, so it was okay for that price.

From the moment we arrived, the staff, including Mr. Pian, was very helpful in explaining everything. The room was cozy, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family staycation. The kids were also very happy. The in-room food and breakfast were both delicious Sundanese specialties. Overall, it was a very good place to stay.
