The hotel is nice, the staff are also friendly

The room is scary and the AC doesn't work and the bathroom is clogged and so on.

The staff is nice, it's basically an old hotel but it's clean and the service is good, it's close to TSM, it's strategically located, it's good, there's lots of Wi-Fi, it's great.

All the facilities provided are very good, from start to finish. All the staff are very friendly, even when we needed facilities at night, the response we got was very fast and responsive. Rarely do I find a good and nice hotel like this. The service is very good from the first time we arrived until we went home. The place is also very strategic and close to any tourist attractions because it is in the middle of the city. We are very satisfied with the service and facilities that have been provided.

For the price offered and the service is quite good.

There needs to be improvements to both the rooms and the facilities.

I intentionally booked a room with a refrigerator at a rate of 400 thousand per night (without breakfast). It turned out that the refrigerator was broken and couldn't be used. The AC didn't feel cold. What's the difference with a standard room? If I had known that, I would have just booked a standard room.

Worth the price, not according to request (TV no broadcast, no connecting room, but that's okay.

The room is hot, the AC is not cold, sleeping feels like being in a sauna (stuffy), the location of the hotel is on the side of the road and is a bit noisy, the refrigerator is not cold, it's a shame even though the hotel could be better in terms of strategic location, much of the hotel equipment is old.

When entering the floor is a bit dusty. Up to the 3rd floor there are only stairs. Breakfast is too simple for a hotel of its class.

Overall, the location is strategic near the city center, comfortable, according to the price standard. The drawbacks are the annoying & less cold AC sound, and the small shower water.

Large desk available, suitable for duty trip with long stay.

Disappointed with the price I paid. 1. TV can only be watched half (broken LCD with lines) 2. Facilities do not match the price. 3. Water was off and dirty with lots of sand. 4. There were cockroaches in the room. 5. Breakfast menu is very minimal and not very tasty. 6. Tissues have to be requested. 7. Kettle is broken and not very clean.

Ask the staff to help clean the dining area, the receptionist will do it immediately, thank you.
