I was hoping to stay at Pinus because I wanted to reminisce about 15 years ago when I was there for a bank gathering at my former office. But it's now eerily quiet, and I have to navigate a very tense hallway to get to my room... Breakfast at the rest stop is also a simple meal with no lights on, only natural light (the glass walls). Hopefully, Pinus can continue to survive and get even better.

The staff is friendly. The cafe staff are very informative and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable.

I stayed in a suite with a bathroom with a bathtub. My experience: Room: - Room amenities: Very good and complete - Room cleanliness: Very poor. There was still a lot of dust. When I booked through Traveloka, I had already noted that I requested a re-cleaning before checking in because I'm allergic to dust. But in reality, the dust was still everywhere. The pool facilities are good, but the hotel atmosphere is quiet, plus there is no AC, which makes it hot unless you want to open the balcony door all night, it can be quite cold.

My stay here was very pleasant and memorable. Everything was perfect, the hotel was flawless. The service, rooms, food, cleanliness were all excellent and comfortable.

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, there is no air conditioning in the hotel room but the air is still cool because the environment is still beautiful, the hotel location is close to the Kakek Bodo waterfall tourist attraction, just walk down from the hotel and you can enter the Kakek Bodo waterfall through entrance 1, the hotel room and bathroom are clean so staying here feels comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly. The check-in and check-out process is fast.

Friendly staff, well-maintained pool, great location, and despite being an older building, it's actually still in good condition and well-maintained. The only downside is that the room was extremely dirty. I don't know if I just happened to get a dirty room or if all the rooms are not very clean. That's all, it's a shame. Everything else is fine, but the room cleanliness is very lacking.

The place is very nice and family-friendly, with a great atmosphere and very responsive staff. While the trail is quite challenging, it's well worth the effort. Highly recommended.

A resort concept hotel located in the Kakek Bodo Tretes tourist area. There are quite a lot of children's play areas and the rooms are large. Perhaps the cleanliness needs to be improved.

Staying at Pines Garden Hotel was one of my wish lists and yep, it finally came true, I was so happy to stay here where the night temperature reached 17° that's why the room didn't have a fan or AC because it was really cold, I arrived at 11 am and I could go straight in hehe, it was pretty good, I swam as much as I wanted because the pool was that good, the food was delicious, the room was also nice, there was a balcony, a hair dryer, a water heater...it was worth it..next time I want to come back again, oh by the way, please fix the road to the parking lot because it's full of holes and it's straight uphill, so it's a bit difficult to get a start..over all the best...

Always a destination to stay when on vacation to Tretes, spacious hotel rooms, clean and comfortable, large and clean swimming pool, cool and fresh air even though there is no AC, affordable prices, the environment is surrounded by trees, the quiet atmosphere and the sound of cicadas make it comfortable, for a delicious breakfast menu. Maybe the thing that can be improved is the wifi, for wifi sometimes it answers sometimes it doesn't. In addition, the hot water is still not hot enough, it tends to be warm. The rest of this hotel remains our family's favorite.

worth the price. economical hotel with a soothing view & spacious room. my family and I stayed on the 4th floor and could see the sunrise, right next to the entrance of the Kakek Bodo waterfall. the swimming pool is spacious & does not smell of chlorine. but you have to be ready for vehicle performance because access to the hotel is quite uphill.
