The bathroom was filthy, and the faucet handle was broken. The staff was nice and friendly, but perhaps the management wasn't paying attention to the maintenance of the damaged rooms. Room 305 had bed bugs.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, spacious, strategic location, but the bottom of the bed is still dirty, maybe it wasn't cleaned? The breakfast is delicious, it's really great.

Smelly room, dirty bathroom, broken TV, the room that was supposed to be occupied was said to be occupied. Replaced with a dirty room full of insects. Regret going to this hotel.

Friendly reception. But pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, the floor is also covered in moss. The toilet inside is yellow. Dirty sink. Please note. People stay overnight so they won't be disappointed 🙏.

Checking out for 117 turned out to be an outside bathroom and that wasn't stated in the description. Then upgrading the room adds 130, isn't that crazy? Even though I took it from 9 pm. I've upgraded the room and the room I was given was really dirty. The water smells like a well and makes it itchy. The AC makes a really loud noise. A hotel that costs just around 200 should be of top quality. This doesn't make sense at all, the price is the same as the facilities you get. For those of you who want to come here, it's better to think about it first. Just once, you won't come back again.

Thank you Mr Parjono for the review you gave. Regarding the description of rooms with outside bathroom facilities, it is actually already available in the Traveloka application. And coincidentally our receptionist tried to explain directly to Mr Parjono. Meanwhile, for dirty rooms and smelly bathroom water, we will immediately repair them again. Lastly, the noisy AC unit is probably due to the sound of the indoor fan being set to the loudest position, plus the location of the AC which is right above the bed, so the sound of the fan motor is a little annoying for you. But we are committed to fixing the problems that Mr. Parjono experienced so that in the future, when Mr. Parjono returns to stay at the Winner Hotel, he will be much more comfortable with the services and facilities we provide.
