Clean, fragrant rooms, affordable prices.

repeatedly when going to Bandung, I definitely go to de sofia because it's close to find food and the location is strategic... but unfortunately on May 30, 2025, I had trouble checking in... Mba Rifa, if I'm not mistaken, didn't help at all to check in, because I came early and on Friday I wanted to pray, asked for help to check in the administration first and didn't enter the room but it was very difficult to help, after praying I asked for help again to leave my stuff and later just put it in the room I got because I happened to still have business elsewhere.. still not helped with the answer that I couldn't and finally I only left my ID card and deposit money, for my stuff I took it around again in the car... please for the hotel management, the people at the front office can be more helpful or friendly... because I often stay at this hotel.. please be reprimanded or given training on how to welcome and provide good customer service... thank you, hopefully this will be input for de sofia management... sorry if it's not acceptable🙏

Hotel location is quite good, near some holiday destinations and some restaurants with a low budget.

Alhamdulillah, I felt at home and comfortable while staying at the de Sofia Dago hotel. With a fairly affordable price for 2 nights, I got a price of 750 thousand, and got a room with 2 windows, so our room was bright, and even though the AC was turned off at night, it was still cold, in the morning the windows were opened, the air was fresh and cold, because there are still many trees around the hotel. The location of the hotel is also close to everywhere, no fear of being hungry because there are many places to eat, also near Bebek Borme, the food is delicious and affordable. Very close to the UNPAD Dipatiukur campus, if you want to take a morning walk to Gazibu, it is also close.. MaasyaAllah, I had an impression of walking around Bandung yesterday. If you are tired after walking, you want to immediately get to the hotel room because it is comfortable for us to rest. Hopefully in the future, Hotel De Sofia will be even better for all facilities and services. more successful and blessed. Oh yes, we stayed in a deluxe room with a king bed for 2 people, enough for us.

The hotel location is very strategic, close to the campus area and places to eat. Very walkable. Got a room price of 300 thousand. The twin bed type room is more spacious than the king bed. For cleanliness, it's okay, but when in the deluxe room it smells a bit damp, the twin one smells good. Hot water is also available, the bathroom is also clean. Breakfast is really okay even though it's simple but delicious! Very affordable, plus there is a swimming pool even though it seems to be intended for children only. The parking lot is also not too big, it's safe. There are security guards who direct us to park in and out. Highly recommended cheap, affordable and strategic hotel prices in De Sofia!

I don't like it because there has been no confirmation to clean the room from me as a guest. When I was swimming, I went up to the room, it turned out the room was being cleaned! Next time, wait for confirmation from the guest before cleaning. So I'm annoyed.

Hopefully the cleanliness can be improved especially in the bathroom. When I stayed there was an event on the 1st floor and the loud noise disturbed the room on the 2nd floor.
