Strategic location, spacious room, close to the Pajajaran culinary area, economical price... needs improvement in the cleanliness of the bathroom and window glass as well as the quality of the wifi/internet which feels slow

The hotel looks well organized and not a hassle for anyone who wants to stay. The staff is very helpful and efficient. The location is very strategic and the room is also clean. Recommended to stay here if you want to easily explore the city of Bandung.

The location is quite strategic, the room is quite spacious for that price, but unfortunately the food for the rice buffet, there is only 1 side dish with rice and vermicelli. Not very varied.

The bathroom is narrow, dirty, smelly, the lighting is poor, the room is dull, it's time to renovate it to make it fresh

Overall, my 4-night stay was good, no issues. Check-in was at 2:00, and the room was ready. There's an elevator down to the basement, and a 50,000 IDR deposit. The deluxe room is quite small, especially for those with children. The open closet is small, and the shelves don't hold much space. The TV isn't smart. The AC was cold, but it didn't cool down until 16°C at first, and it didn't even get cold after an hour. One thing to note is the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The walls were still dirty and crusty. Even under the bed was dusty. There was a water pitcher in the room, so I couldn't get bottled water, but it was funny that there weren't any refills in the hallway. Usually, when staying in hotels, if you're given a drinking water pitcher, there's always a refill dispenser. So, you have to buy water from outside. The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned every day, but unfortunately the receptionists smoke in the lobby at night, and during breakfast there are unruly guests who smoke as they please even though there are many children, making the semi-outdoor breakfast area stuffy. Perhaps in the future, hotel management will be stricter in making rules for such guests so that they don't smoke anywhere, so a special smoking area is provided so that they are the ones who inhale the poison, not others.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the city center (alun2, Gedung Sate, and restaurants). You can walk or jog. Check-in was at 11 PM, but there were no problems at all. Thank you for your service. 🙏🤗

Overall, it's fine. I stayed here because it's close to ITB, and the area is nice. Finding food is convenient and easy.

The bathroom condition has stubborn yellow stains that should still be able to be cleaned with cleaning fluid, the color of the bed sheet looks like it is no longer white, maybe because it is old... overall it is good

Since I stopped boarding, I've always stayed here every time I come to Bandung. Besides the cool, quiet environment, close access to campus, the price is also reasonable, and you can find delicious food just a few meters away. I've stayed here several times, and the menu has always been the same. But it's enough to just fill your stomach before your next activity.

The location is close to the city center, close to tourist attractions, there are lots of culinary options around, just a short walk away.

Conventional building with a strategic location, only 2min walk to BebekAliBorme hahaha basically for one night stay is sufficient. The light can be improved, the pillow also need to be changed, the soundproof also need improvement because it is so noisy. Overall checkin and out process is run smoothly.
