The quality of the room and the hotel service were excellent. I slept soundly without any complaints. The rates were very reasonable.

Friendly staff, clean hotel rooms

Thank God, I stayed with my husband, kids, and parents. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and it was very comfortable. The customer service responded quickly to WhatsApp messages and was friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. We were allowed to check in at 1 PM. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit smelly.

The room was decent for the price, close to Unair Campus B, and the staff were friendly and responsive to complaints. It was clean, but some of the walls were creaking. The mattress was also starting to feel a bit soft.
