The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Airlangga University (Unair), Dr. Sutomo Hospital, and close to culinary spots. The bedrooms and bathrooms are kept clean, and the staff is friendly.

Overall the room is okay, access to the hotel is easy, the check-in check-out process is also easy, there are no problems with the room facilities during the stay, cleanliness is also okay I didn't see any dusty corners in the room. Maybe it would be more luxurious if renovated because the hotel room does feel quite old-fashioned, and suggestions are provided with a shower cap for the bathroom because it is quite important for women, especially the type of shower that is built into the wall so a shower cap is needed to keep your hair from getting wet.

There are many food options around the hotel, including a minimarket, and for breakfast, pecel rice is just a short walk in front of the Samsat office, if I'm not mistaken—it's just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, it's very good.

Thank God, I stayed with my husband, kids, and parents. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and it was very comfortable. The customer service responded quickly to WhatsApp messages and was friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. We were allowed to check in at 1 PM. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit smelly.
