The room seems not vacuumed, cleaner as I am quite sensitive to dust. I think this should not be a 3-star hotel; it should be below that.

For room 203, only the shower needs repairs.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Evora Hotel. The rooms were clean, especially the bathrooms. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were sufficient for daily needs.

Check-in is easy, with a Rp 100,000 deposit. There's plenty of food around the hotel, including a Super Indo. The location is on the roadside, close to the Submarine Monument. Standard hotel amenities include cable TV and cool air conditioning. Ample parking, suitable for group buses.

The price is well worth it, especially with easy access to everything and a fairly busy location opposite an Indomaret. Corner rooms are a bit neglected due to cobwebs.

The atmosphere and staff were all friendly, and check-in was easy. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.

Good price, clean room, fast service.

It was comfortable enough for a night's rest, but the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great, so you could still hear coughing and sneezing from the next room. The staff was friendly, the service was good, and luggage was brought to your room.
