The place is really nice and relaxing. Staying in a caravan gives you a little sense of adventure while being surrounded by nature. Although the caravan is small and a bit cramped, it still feels cozy and comfortable. It’s also nice to take a morning walk around the area. One of the best perks of staying here is that you can purchase Safari entrance tickets at a discounted price, valid throughout your stay. This makes the whole experience even more worthwhile and great value for money! There were a few issues with the window and bathroom door, as some parts were damaged. However, the staff were quick to respond and address the issues, which was appreciated.

Safari Resort offers excellent service. The entire staff is friendly, without exception (all of them). The rooms are clean, cool, even without air conditioning, and the air is fresh. Breakfast is delicious and the service is excellent. Our safari journey on the Safari bus was excellent, even though it was just me, my husband, and my child. Upon check-in, we were allowed to store our bags and even take them to our room. The room was exactly as pictured.

Clean, comfortable, with the sweet sounds of the surrounding animals, making it a truly relaxing experience. The staff are all friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Service was okay. Food was okay. Environment was okay. Bathroom cleanliness still needs attention. It smells awful.

I've stayed here twice—first in the treehouse and second in the villa. Both are quite comfortable.

I've stayed in a caravan several times since 2016. Some parts of the room are in need of renovation, such as rotting around the bathroom walls. The room is quite cramped, and even prayer is impossible; it has to be done in the front room. Overall, Taman Safari Lodge is still a recommended place for a staycation, but it hasn't changed significantly in over a decade.

Happy to stay here, the family is also happy.

The room is spacious, request a balcony view. The bath soap smells great. The service is excellent, the facilities are super complete, and the kids are super happy. Will be back soon. 🥰

I absolutely loved staying at the Safari Hotel. The safari entrance ticket also included entry during our stay. It was totally worth it.

Here goes my honest review: - At first glance, it is clean. But we found a worm in the toilet. And notice the wall is damp, maybe due to leaking, and some black stuff on the floor. The fridge handle is not clean. - I requested a room change. The service was good and fast. They managed to give me another room. Still with a damp wall. Extra concern due to a baby on board. - No fan and AC, but it's not making you sweat. Nice place to stay. Very cold in the morning. Nice scenery. - The front desk was very attentive and had a good attitude. I forgot his name. He explained every detail about the ticketing, etc. - Breakfast was okay, it's just a 2-floor restaurant. Need to climb the stairs. But food-wise, overall it's okay. - Dinner à la carte at the restaurant, the food was delicious.

Best place for a short escape from the crowds in the capital city, Jakarta.

It's the 2nd time, the vibes never fail, always want to go back there.
