The place is cool even without AC... Comfortable and quiet... The view is also good... The service is also okay...

It was a very pleasant stay at the Puncak Pass Resort Hotel. The kids loved the cool, clean air and ample play space. The rooms were quite comfortable and had no issues. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. We'll definitely be back again for a relaxing stay.

The staff is very friendly. There are plenty of sports activities to choose from (soccer, basketball, and volleyball courts). The views and atmosphere are beautiful. The only downside is that it's located on the main road, so traffic noise can be quite disturbing.

The food at the cafe is absolutely delicious. You have to try the poffertjes if you're here. The views are amazing, and it's really nice to walk around the resort. The air is also very fresh. The staff are all friendly. The rooms are perfectly clean, not a speck of dust.

Overall, it's good. The breakfast is delicious, but the menu isn't extensive.

The only downside to this type is that the room can be a bit hot and stuffy at night because the room is tightly closed... unless the window is open... because it's cold. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

The room needs some updating. It smells musty, like it hasn't been opened in a month.
