I stayed here for nostalgia, and overall it was okay. I liked the spacious garden.

The staff was friendly, and the room was quite nice with a garden and mountain view. Walking around the hotel area was a bit tiring due to the ups and downs, but it was enjoyable.

The environment was as expected (cool and beautiful), as is typical of hotels or villas in mountainous areas. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was extremely filthy. A 4-star hotel should have better cleaning facilities. The towels were also torn and looked dirty.

Excellent service, all the staff are friendly and polite. Hopefully, we'll be able to stop by again sometime.

It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Puncak Pass, the atmosphere was beautiful with friendly staff and of course I enjoyed the cold weather.

One of the best experiences I've ever had staying here. The food is absolutely delicious, including the best bitterballen, and all the breakfasts are absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for families.

The hotel is classic and pleasant, but the breakfast variety and taste need to be improved.

The rest is nice and homey, maybe the swimming pool just needs to be renovated or updated so the water looks clear and towels should be provided at the swimming pool like a 4 or 5 star hotel.

The only hotel in Puncak that has been our family's favorite for decades. Nothing has changed, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and the air is cool. The hotel maintains its vintage ambiance, the food is also 5-star, and the staff are incredibly professional. It's well worth it, even though the journey to Puncak is always fraught with traffic jams.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, even though it is an old hotel, it is still well maintained.

Here's my experience staying at Puncak Pass Resort: 1. The air is unfailingly fresh, given its location at the top. 2. Room cleanliness: There are some areas that could be improved, especially the bathroom. 3. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but perhaps not quite to my taste.

The rooms are nice and very well-maintained. However, it would be much better if the breakfast menu could offer more variety or types of side dishes.

Very easy access, the location is the coolest, the garden is spacious and well-maintained, it's very comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. Overall, I'm satisfied, and I hope the service continues to be consistent.

Never disappointed staying at Puncak Pass, it's always a place I definitely visit every time I go to Puncak.
