The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are clean with complete facilities, and the breakfast is very varied, even including local traditional foods.

We stayed during the super high season. Understandably, the staff wasn't very helpful. Upon check-in, we carried our own suitcases to our room without assistance. Other guests were assisted. Elevator availability was limited. We repeatedly shared the elevator with bellboys carrying luggage trolleys. The staff also showed no intention of giving guests the go-ahead. But what we disliked most was the very dim lighting in the hallway.
