Nice hotel, clean and comfort.

Alila Solo? Seems we will back there. Why? Started with the greeting from Ms. Febby at the reception desk who welcomed us nicely and even remembered our last visit in 2022. Thank you, Ma'am, for the very prompt and nice service. Then we met Ms. Lesslye at the rooftop lounge during breakfast time. She gave us comprehensive explanations about the menus. Also, thank you to Ms. Agustin from the reception desk who helped me with the incident of the broken glass in our room, and the female guard at the parking lot in the basement who helped us park and then leave the lot. For the food, the lounge provided various food and beverages, but I suggest you taste their Indonesian food. Highly recommended! Alila Solo also has an Indonesian Restaurant, Mantik, at the GF. Their nasi cumi and lemongrass tea are highly recommended. Thank you, Alila, for our lovely experience.

My husband, my son, and I recently stayed for our third wedding anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast had a large variety of delicious food. The hotel facilitated a baby crib for our one-year-old. Our son had a great time playing at the kids' club and swimming at the pool. Unfortunately, we were only able to get checked into our room at about 3:15 PM, even though we arrived at 1:45 PM. Admittedly, it was a spontaneous and last-minute booking on our end.

The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Highly recommended!

Staycation here during a long weekend, everything was very satisfying, from the location, facilities, rooms, breakfast variety, large and spacious swimming pool area, my son really liked it, and the most impressive thing was the staff, all very helpful and attentive. We stayed 2 nights and every breakfast without us having to call, the restaurant staff always came over, offered help, offered food for us to try which we actually declined because we didn't want to make leftovers so we just took the food we were eating. Even one of the restaurant staff offered to warm milk for our son if we wanted/offered oat milk/other variations. It really made us smile, this is what should be the essence of hospitality. Excellent job Alila Solo! We will always come back!

The hotel staff is helpful and the spacious bathrooms provide convenience for wheelchair users.

We booked a Deluxe room without breakfast. It turned out we had access to a lounge on the 30th floor, which served breakfast, snacks, and drinks until 10:00 PM. Thank you, Alila Hotel.
