Almost said to be good, the biggest minus is the placement of the AC, I thought there were 2 ACs in 2 bedrooms, but it turns out there was only 1 AC and it was also in the living room, it was a bit strange, so the bedroom didn't feel like it had AC, it was stuffy, hot, paid a lot but didn't feel like there was AC + there wasn't even WiFi, really strange lol

The staff were nice and friendly and helpful during our stay... only the AC was a bit noisy and the hot water kettle couldn't be used because it was broken.

Nice place. The atmosphere is pleasant and beautiful. I recommend it.

I had a great time staying at The Edge Apartment. First I booked for 10 days, and continued to extend for another 10 days. The unit was clean and tidy, everything works properly, good ambiance, staffs were professional, kind and very helpful. Feel happy and secured while staying here. For me, it is a recommended place to stay, with a great budget as well 👍🏻

Uncomfortable, dirty, TV kept turning on and off, there were women's underwear in the closet. My worst experience while staying in a hotel.

The customer service is good. Nice location, and the apartment is new. The bathroom needs loads of cleaning. It was quite dirty. There is no wifi in the room. Unclean sheets and curtains.

Apartment units are not very decent. The floor in the middle room was muddy, emitting black liquid, the bathroom door was broken, the room's air conditioner didn't work, very much different from the photo shown in the application. The application should take firm action against naughty listings, which post photos that don't match reality. Better think 1000x before booking accommodation at this hotel! Or you will regret.

Mohon maaf saya review kurang memuaskan, kamarnya kurang terawat, untuk handuk tidak diberikan dan tidak ada air kemasan di kamar langsung, satpamnya ada yang songong, ada yang sopan, mana mahal pula satu kamar standard bisa 500 ribu, padahal kamar apartemen banyak label di pintu dijual, hadew, sistem parkir setiap keluar harus bayar, jadi, kalo keluar 7 kali anda bayar 7 kali pula, saya kira review jelek dari pelanggan yang sebelumnya tidak sesuai, tetapi saya udah rasakan sendiri dan betul, deposit 100 ribu terlalu mahal untuk sekelas apartment yang tidak ada akses kartu digital, sungguh aneh bin ajaib, saran saya admin tolong sistem parkir sekali bisa masuk berulang-ulang, kamar dijaga kebersihannya, kena charge early charge perjam 30 ribu, kalo udah ready dan bersih okelah ini malah kondisi kamar seadanya, deposit jangan terlalu mahal, mohon maaf saya komentar kurang berkenan tolong diperbaiki ke depannya, kapok saya kesini lagi, mohon maaf sekali, cukup sekali pengalaman, sorry 🙏.
