The hotel is actually clean and the location is strategic. walking from the train station is only 5 minutes, there is a busy location for food, cafes, souvenir centers and Kartika Sari. It's just that the hotel is old, furniture such as cupboards, tables, old AC in good condition but aging, there is rust. For me, as long as it's clean, easy access, friendly staff is okay. I found many, good hotels but cleanliness is not a guarantee of good

Overall it's pretty good... btw the hotel staff are informative/friendly... 1 advantage is that it's right in front of the center of Bandung's special souvenirs "Kartikasari"...

My family and I did not get any kind of food.

Parking is limited, can't accommodate more than 6 cars.

The air conditioner in the room is not cold (hot all night), smells musty, the bathroom has little water, the toilet is dirty, there is no TV. Too bad it is not maintained. Even though the location is very strategic.

Bad service, hot and not cold AC, no early check in and no late check out (strict), towels are not suitable, TV is dead, dirty cupboard, everything is bad, if possible don't stay here.

Yang ga suka kucing hati-hati. Karena kecium aroma kucing yang khas. Pas sata datang harus drama air panasnya enggak keluar juga.

Staff tidak membantu, kamar pengap, berbau tidak sedap, pintu seperti didobrak ada lubang, pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup dan paling parah, standar fasilitas seperti tv tidak bisa!

Malam-malam check in diinfokan dari hotel kalo AC dan TV mati semua kamar. Kamar tidak terurus, bener-bener bau saat pintu dibuka, pengap. Bener-bener kayak hotel mati yang dipaksa beroperasi. Tidak bisa refund, tidak ada kompensasi apapun. Ga sampe 1 jam sama check out, kecewa sekali dan bener-bener kapok.

Everything is not according to the agreement. The room AC didn't work well, the TV was off, lots of mosquitoes, there were cobwebs. The bathroom is full of moss and rust. Expensive price, does not match the display. Hopefully there will be no more zonks for application users who order this, moving to another hotel.

Seeing the room made me rub my chest, 30 minutes after checking in I checked out...

The AC doesn't work and the cleanliness of the rooms is very poorly maintained. There wasn't even any action to make the room smell better. Sorry, but if fixed, this place has potential. Don't be devastated just because your room isn't taken care of.

Musty room, dark and smelly room,

The AC is not cold, the water is small, in my opinion 260 with that kind of facilities is expensive.

Kamar sangat kotor & bau, bekas rokok berserakan dimana mana, seluruh tembok rusak & seperti bekas kebakaran, AC gak jalan, closet hitam, air minim, berasa masuk rumah hantu yang udah puluhan tahun terbengkalai, coba duduk sebentar di kasurnya super lembab, ada beberapa bagian yang basah juga dan langsung gatal gatal, tidak worth it dengan uang yang saya keluarkan 275 ribu. Diberi gratis pun kalo kamarnya modelan begini saya ogah.

The room is shabby, dirty, damp smells, the water is yellow in color and comes out small, the bathroom is dirty, the AC is broken, it doesn't cool down, the TV can't be used, the furniture is moldy. Critical.

1. AC kamar hanya mengeluarkan angin dan bau apek. 2. TV tidak ada siaran sama sekali jadi tidak bisa di pakai. 3. Pemanas air elektrik harus pinjam dari meja resepsionis. 4. Kamar mandi jorok dan kuning-kuning di semua sisi. 5. Shower mandi air kecil & WC/toilet kuning dan tidak ada air buat BAK & BAB, namun pihak hotel nyuruh pakai toilet umum lantai 1 atau 2. Dengan adanya tamu lain yang mengalami hal serupa di saat yang sama saya minta refund. Request di setujuin namun tidak ada hotel lain sehingga keputusan terpaksa harus balik ke Jakarta jam 11 malam dengan bawa 2 anak kecil usia <2 tahun (Family room) - kerugian Immateri tidak terganti.

The receptionist is friendly, but the room really doesn't recommend, the floor is dirty, the air conditioner doesn't work, the TV doesn't work, drinking water is only given 1 day, if it's old but clean it's still ok, but this is already a dirty old building too 😭 can't get towels, can't get soap/toothpaste, opaque bathroom mirror, toilet flush is also sometimes often broken. The value + is just access near the station.

The service is good and friendly, strategic location.
