The swimming pool was not very clean, covered in moss, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned, both the children's and adult pools. The room was comfortable, but very noisy. Sound could be heard from the balcony of the next room, and no hotel staff warned guests who were noisy on the balcony late at night and disturbing other guests. The view was nice, and the food was quite good.

Room cleanliness needs attention. I checked in to a wet and dirty room floor that hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was also muddy and had towel marks that hadn't been cleaned. The hotel facilities need maintenance, especially the children's play area. There's also no Wi-Fi.

comfort room to stay..good view from restaurant.food was good but Bilyard table in the restaurant have to paid.it would be better if the Bilyard become your service fasility

Overall, it's still good. It's just that when I stayed, the generator was having problems, so the electricity went out repeatedly. I booked 2 rooms, 1 of the rooms I stayed in had a cockroach. Is it because it wasn't visible, maybe when it was swept?

I like staying here. The view was amazing. The staffs are friendly. I would love to come back again. It’s my second time there and definitely will come again.

The hotel staff was friendly upon check in. The room was clean and the beautiful view made us want to come again.

This hotel has a very great scenery and the restaurant balcony directly to the lake toba view which was fabulous, food variety was okay, the room condition was okay nothing special except it was quite spacious for a standard deluxe room, it has balcony direct access to the outdoor, nice and pleasant, but the bathroom is quite narrow but still okay to stay. Will certainly recommed this hotel for visitors. In room meals was quite expensive for an ordinaryfood taste. 👍🏻.

Nice place to heal and escape from business. It is located away from main road and the access is only fot the hotel. Volleyball court, futsall, and tennis court are available.

Pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Hotel tua yang sudah direnovasi jadi nyaman untuk ditempati. Kamar luas, makanan enak dan pemandangan danau toba dari hotel yang memukau. Terlihat hotel masih dalam pembenahan. Harga sangat afordable. Akan balik lagi.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Good location with spectacular view of the lake. Nice cool breeze and far from Parapat town and the busyness. Rooms are clean, nice bed, bathroom is clean, good lighting in the room. Kids will enjoy the big pool and mini theme park with playground. A bit far from the town (7km). Breakfast need to be improved with better selection of food but probably can be a challenges considering the size of the hotel. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed di deluxe lake view. Ukuran kamar luas, cukup bersih, baru direnovasi. Ada balkon menghadap danau. Perlu hati² akses ke hotel karena dari jalan utama cukup curam. Breakfast cukup variatif. Area sekitar hotel asri alami, nyaman sekali istirahat ditemani kicauan burung dan angin sejuk.

Kamarnya bagus ya, tapi kolam anak sayang agak sedikit kotor, overall bagus.
