However, feedback is that the parking system needs to be improved because the officer entered the wrong parking date, so I was asked to return to the reception even though I had already checked out and wanted to park but was late. So I chose to pay myself. In the future, it should be automatically integrated with the check-in and check-out dates. Don't make it difficult for customers to check out, this is a 4-star hotel, this kind of thing shouldn't arise as a problem. Customer comfort should be number 1. Thank you
