The stay was okay, quite good since it's in Singaraja. Close to university, traditional market, food courts, and just 15 minutes away from Lovina. The room was quite small but clean enough, sadly it's not soundproof so you can hear noises from outside. Breakfast was not good, could've been better.

Before booking, I called the hotel asking whether the Standard A room type was on the upper or lower floor, and was told it was on the lower floor, so I booked it. But in reality, when I checked in, I was informed that the room was on the upper floor and could not be changed because it was fully booked. When I got to the room, I found that the bathroom door could not be closed, the TV could not be watched because the signal was very bad, and the wifi was also very slow. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. Thank you.

The place is nice, but unfortunately the wifi can't connect and is problematic. Hopefully it will be looked into again

For this hotel I recommend to my friends, the only drawback is that the tea/coffee that is brewed has too many ants in the cup, that's the drawback. The rest is GOOD 👍.

A comfortable yet affordable hotel in Singaraja city. The room is quite spacious and there is a front terrace to sit around. Highly recommended for families who want to vacation.

There were lots of black ants in the room, the room was small, a bit scary, but the staff service was very good and the breakfast was delicious.
