The staff are all friendly, love it. love love

An old dilapitated Hotel, it may used to be great, but it has now been encumbered with a myriad of issues from broken tv screens to stains both in the walls (Near the AC) or the bed sheets. Then again, you can't really ask much of a 258k IDR hotel.

It turns out the location is in a dead end street, if you want to walk around looking for food, it's far away.

The dust on the floor was still quite thick. The bed and its cover made my skin itchy. When I checked in, there were men's underwear hanging in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and location close to Dago. Breakfast lacks variety and tastes so so but the fried bala bala is delicious

The place was good. Quite clean.

- Broken TV. - Spotted bedsheets. - Couldn't sleep all night because of the noisy guests downstairs and the hotel didn't give any warning at all to them, they were just left like that. - Minimal toiletries. * At the same price, it's better to look for other alternatives because several times I've found much more comfortable ones in Bandung. Just once and thank you. Hopefully it can be better.

Good and comfortable stay. Cool air. And quiet.

The room is ok, additional facilities such as a swimming pool are available, but cleanliness in the room should be improved, especially in the bathroom.

The AC keeps dripping even though I've been wanting to change rooms, and I don't know if the one in the photo is a leech or what kind of animal, this one has been sprayed but the animal still keeps coming out, there were more before... not comfortable, lots of rules, not proper. It's better if the price is a little more expensive but it's more comfortable, sorry...

My trip with family with 2 teenagers. The room is as requested, the hotel is located in a housing complex, easy access but it might be a bit problematic if you come at night because the signboard is a bit too small in the housing complex area. The room is clean, according to the price, the children are definitely satisfied with the room. Fast wifi network. Drinking water dispenser is provided if needed. The staff is kind and has good information about the area. Hopefully Dago Hills can maintain its quality.

Quiet hotel, spacious enough room. Quite complete facilities. But this time the hot water is not working properly. Overall, the hotel is comfortable.

The room is comfortable, safe. Although a bit far from the road, it is pleasant to stay here.

First time here, amazing with the concept of a budget hotel but the concept is not haphazard. The price is also still affordable, the facilities are good. There is a swimming pool too so it's fun. Highly recommended, hopefully I can stay at Dago Hills again.
