The staff is fast response and quick, staying in Honje Cottage type had a lot of trouble, the door couldn't be locked, the faucet in one of the rooms was broken, and on the last day the water heater didn't work. 😌

The water is off and when it's on, the water is very dirty. The hot water doesn't work at all.

Overall it's good, the only problem in the bathroom is the water is small & doesn't come out, have to wait almost 30 minutes for it to come out. At night it's a bit scary. But the view in the hotel area is cool.

I want to take a shower but the water is small or doesn't come out at all, the bathtub is leaking.

I am very disappointed with the experience of staying at this villa. The price paid did not match the quality provided at all (because the atmosphere at Honje Villa was spooky, the old wardrobe was damaged, the bathroom water didn't come out, there were lots of hand marks on the glass, the ceiling of the villa had lots of cobwebs), I upgraded to stratlight villa with double the rate honje, but still very disappointed) Room cleanliness is very bad; The bed felt damp and uncomfortable. The layout of the room is also not proper, making the atmosphere unpleasant. Apart from that, the pantry equipment was very inadequate, there were even cracked glasses still on display. I do not recommend this villa.

In our opinion, those who really like the rural atmosphere are okay. The villa we live in is exactly the same as our parents' house in the village, only because yesterday we stayed overnight in Mendulang for the first time and we only checked in at 6 in the afternoon and it was already dark and we felt a bit like that 😁. I suggest that if you want to stay overnight in Mendangan, come at noon. The condition of the room yesterday was one of the twin mattresses and the legs of the mattress were missing. So I use gojlak-gojlak 😁, for cleanliness in the villa it's ok. We just understand because wooden and vintage buildings are like that. For the friendly staff, the food is delicious even though there is not much variety and the food prices tend to be expensive. But overall the gain is ok for those who want to relieve urban fatigue.

Diinfokan ada kolam renang tp kolam renang kotor dan dalem banget. Anak-anak tidak bisa berenang. Kamar berdebu.

Sangat tidak rekomendasi dan tidak akan pernah kembali ke tempat seperti ini. 1. Jelas pelayanan sangat buruk, tidak mengetahui service perhotelan. 2. System management koordinasi di dalamnya tidak sangat baik. 3. Maintanance nya buruk, tidak mendapat pengalaman yang baik tentang tempat ini (AS logic 1 bottle of water 1L for 6 persons), sangat tidak masuk akal. 4. Manpower mungkin perlu diperhatikan untuk agar mengetahui bisnis perhotelan. 5. Pemenuhan complimentary yang under expectasy, cuma tempatnya vintage aja, selebihnya zonk dan tidak mau merekomendasikan ke siapapun, apalagi kolega dan keluarga. 6. Kalo ada level di bawah very bad, pasti akan saya pilih. Overall sangat buruk dan tidak akan pernah kembali.

Forced to borrow pots and portable stoves for bathing children, water turns off at night, food is expensive, not worth it, fried chicken with rice 65 thousand. The room can be too far and uphill especially when I bring my parents, there is no option to choose a room that is close, the food serving in the restaurant is also long, the food arrives on the table cold and if there is a menu that is not ready it will take a long time to confirm.
