The room is clean and comfortable, the hotel staff is friendly.

When I first entered the room, the AC was problematic, there were lots of ants on the bed. Then at night, I was moved to a room a little further back, there was lots of dust, and spiders too. Then in the bathroom, there were lots of ants in the towels. There were also lots of ants on the bed. There was no telephone. I'm allergic to dust, last night my nose was stuffy and I sneezed constantly. The lights wouldn't turn on either. Please, if you're asked to move, don't move to a room that's worse than the first. I want to rest but it's disturbed by the dust. The mattress and pillows are all dusty.

At that time, I was only in transit, and because of the long journey, I finally arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m. Check-in was smooth, and I checked out at 4 a.m. to continue my journey, so I only stopped to shower. I thought the water would be warm, but when I showered, the hot water didn't work. Since I had already made the decision, I couldn't complain. The point is, the facilities need to be improved. Thank you.

The hotel's location within the city center offers a beautiful view of the Segah River. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. There's ample parking and a swimming pool.

First and last time in my life to experience the bad hotel... The bedcover it's like never changed, the AC is too old and can't cool the entire room, giving a hot temperature here. The toilet is a mess... Within the price, it's not worth it at all.
