Good place to staycation at Ambon.

The room type picture in the app photo is completely different from what was provided. There was no doormat, towel, or slippers in the room. The phone was broken, so I couldn't contact the front desk. The bedroom light was connected to the bathroom light, so if I wanted to turn off the bedroom light, the bathroom light automatically dimmed. I didn't ask for a connecting room, but I got one. Thank you in advance 🙏🏻

Very clean and comfortable, my son loves it. The room is clean.

The hot water only comes on for a short time, and the WiFi is inaccessible in the room, even though the room is a suite.

There is only 1 receptionist, the receptionist is friendly, only the room service needs to be improved, the restaurant service is not fast enough

The staff is friendly, polite and helpful.

I am very satisfied with the service at the Marina Hotel, the staff are friendly.

They said breakfast could be replaced with sahur, but when asked it turned out it couldn't.

Marina is not like before, the AC in the room needs to be replaced, it's not cold anymore, and the breakfast is beyond expectations... hopefully in the future the Marina management can fix it.

1. The room looks like it hasn't been used for a long time. 2. The sheets and bed set should be changed first to make sleeping more comfortable. 3. There are not enough food variants. 4. The hot water for bathing is great. Overall a 3-star hotel feels like a 2-star hotel

There is an additional fee of up to IDR 100 thousand upon check-in, apparently for requesting a room with 2 beds.

Highly recommended, you definitely have to try it.
