We are apologizing to hear about your issue mentioned that the gold chain stolen on the first day staying in the room. However, we have been proceeded from the authorized officer (police) and we have been given all of the requested evidences (including the record of cctv). The police also have been done with the fingerprint sensor test in the room. The result is there is no incriminating evidence that the item you are referring to (gold chain) was lost / stolen in our hotel. Highlighted that our hotel team and management have been fully cooperated to clear this issue. We suggest you to be more attentive during stay in the hotel since the registration form signed stated clearly to ensure all of the valuable things should be put in the proper box (SDB) that have been provided for free. Again, thank you for your stay with us and we are more than happy to welcoming you back in the near future.
