Very comfortable, the only thing missing is the toilet door and the room door which are not easy to close. But the cool thing is that it is close to everywhere.

Dust everywhere, like it was never cleaned properly. Even the bedsheets have stains and small holes. The TV was not working at all. Tried many things, but in the end, it didn't work, so I had to unplug it because I couldn't turn it off.

Very comfortable, clean, and perfect for families. I booked a Deluxe family room yesterday. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I'll be staying here again next time.

The night security guard was friendly. The morning guard just sat there, trying to get out of the car without anyone watching. He didn't help me on the street. There were no footcloths in the room.

Check-in was before 2 p.m., but the room was empty. They even asked me to pay 100,000 Rupiah for early check-in. The bathroom was clogged and the room was dusty.

The hotel staff was nice. When we first checked in, we got a room that didn't have Wi-Fi. We booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled really bad of cigarettes. We then complained, so we moved to another room and had room freshener sprayed on it. The room was comfortable and clean, although it was a bit noisy in the morning because the cleaning staff was cleaning up. So far so good, I recommend it.

The room was filthy, as was the bathroom, and the mattress was so itchy. I booked two rooms, one of which was absolutely horrible, like it had never been used, and truly terrifying. In the end, five of us ended up sleeping in one room. I'll never go back to that hotel again.

The lighting was minimal, with some lamps that had been burned out but not replaced, and it was very dusty and poorly maintained. The AC wasn't cold, and it was noisy. I slept hot all night, and couldn't sleep. The TV only had sound and no picture. I was in a corner room on the first floor. Management should pay more attention to the facilities. I also heard a horror story. At 2 AM, I heard someone taking a shower, but when I checked, no one was there. For the service and facilities, I'd give it 2 stars, but it seemed adequate.

The room and toilet were clean, there was a water heater for making tea and coffee, and the AC was working fine. Wi-Fi coverage extended to the lobby, the staff was friendly, and the price was affordable. Overall, it was okay 👌🏻
