The hotel seemed neglected. The lobby ceiling was leaking heavily, and the elevator was broken, so we had to climb the stairs to our floor. The phone in the room was also dead, so we had to carry our own luggage downstairs after checking out. For breakfast, we asked for an omelet, but it wasn't served, as they said there were no eggs.

Airport drop-off is now paid, even though it was previously free.

Well, everything is good, the service is all good 😍. Suggestion: Clean the pool more often to make it cleaner 🥰. Other than that, it's great.

The hotel is old and can be said to be no longer operational (sorry), the building is damaged everywhere, the room view is horrible, the lobby is horrible, the pool is dirty and mossy, the water in the room is murky, the TV is broken/infested with ants like it's back in 1945, there is no wifi, the room's AC is hot, the lobby is hot, the hotel smells, the room is clean, the food is quite good but the choices are very limited.
