The first time I stayed at the Mustika Ratu Hotel was very impressive. I initially only stayed for 1 night to rest because I was tired from the long trip and planned to move hotels again, but seeing that all the hotel staff were very friendly and there were swimming pool facilities, it also made the kids feel at home and the distance to the beach was very close, so we stayed for 2 nights. God willing, if we go to Pangandaran, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Alhamdulillah finally found a hotel with competitive rates and good facilities. There is a swimming pool for children. The staff is also friendly. Got a bonus breakfast on the 2nd day. Worth it. A little suggestion, the bed should be replaced, it seems it's been a long time. So it makes my back ache a little. Overall, I'm satisfied staying here. Wow, it's really recommended to stay here. If we want to go to Pangandaran but have a low budget. Hehehe and free breakfast one day. The staff are also friendly. The coolest thing is there's a swimming pool. Hahaha. 300 thousand there's a swimming pool, everything is complete hehe

Every time I go to Pangandaran, Mustika Ratu is always the main choice, suitable for families, there is a swimming pool that is large enough to swim and play in the water with children, the distance to the beach is also close, try taking it with breakfast, get fried rice and it will be delivered to your room, it feels quite good, maybe if the group has breakfast at the restaurant. The parking lot is quite large, the room is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, there is a TV with national channels, but unfortunately there are only 5 channels that can be caught, the room is not soundproof, you can still hear sounds from outside, but overall it is good.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful when we checked in, checked out and during our stay. I was impressed with the size of a 2-star hotel but 5-star hospitality, besides the distance to the beach is very close. And amazingly with a pocket-friendly price we get swimming pool facilities too. Next time I go on vacation to Pangandaran again I will definitely stay here again.

Close access to the west and east beaches, stay 2 nights, the second night can get a free room upgrade from a regular room to a more expensive one and it's free 😍. The employees are friendly and always quick when asked for help. The hotel area is clean. I want to comment about the bathroom, actually the bathroom is clean but please pay attention to the bathroom walls, don't leave them yellow 😊.

I always stay here when I go to PND by myself or with a group, this time I stayed for 2 nights, the staff offered to clean up the room on the 2nd day, the room is clean and comfortable, the hot water is on, hopefully the TV can be upgraded to android/smart TV
