Overall, this hotel is really good… from the location, room size, bathroom size, price and cleanliness, everything is okay. But for the service, there are several things that need to be improved. 1. When I requested to borrow an iron - the response was so slow that I had to call several times. If all the irons were borrowed by other customers, take the initiative to confirm and inform the customer so they don't have to wait! 2. When I requested a new towel, it also took sooooo long to be delivered to the room. I had to call a second time before the towel was delivered! 3. The breakfast was very disappointing in my opinion. The chicken porridge had no taste, the coffee was mostly water (even though it was a direct press coffee machine), but still, please adjust or replace the coffee machine. The only good breakfast was sausage and potatoes, the rest tasted ZONK! Please improve these things. Don't lower the rating because of bad service and food. For other things, please maintain or improve them.

We used a family room. Alhamdulillah, we were compatible. The only challenge with a family room is that there's only one bathroom. So, there's a fight over it.

Satisfied to bring happy children, they can play in the water and there are lots of children's play facilities.

Stayed here with the intention of letting the kids play in the mini water park & the kids were happy, the staff on duty in the play area/pool were also on standby and their service was prompt.. for the room it was quite spacious, the facilities were also complete, only the bathroom floor was quite slippery so you have to be careful.. maybe some of the furniture needs to be repaired/updated, like the rusty kettle that should be replaced, the cupboard might need to be repaired.. for breakfast, the food variety was plentiful & the taste was delicious, only the hours were only until 9 am, which usually in other hotels can be until 10 am & children aged 5 years old were charged an additional fee for breakfast, maybe the hotel management could review it, maybe ages 7 years and above

It's a shame that the hotel is kid-friendly. During breakfast, the place was filled with cigarette smoke, even though there was clear access to the playground and waterpark.

The room is nice and comfortable. All the staff are friendly.

The room was clean, spacious, and cool. The room I booked wasn't ready yet, so I was upgraded to a very nice room. The night view was beautiful. The only downside was the hot water wasn't hot enough, so the maximum it could provide was only slightly warm. The swimming pool was fun for the kids. The breakfast menu was decent, but there weren't many tables.

The hotel is child friendly and comfortable, not noisy.

Staying here is okay, in front of Menteng Park, there is water fun, the kids were happy on New Year's holiday last year.

The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a water park, kids' movie night, and a playroom. The rooms are clean. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. There's a mosque available for Friday prayers. The female receptionist was very kind. It would be great if the other staff were more friendly to guests. But overall, I was satisfied with my stay here.
