I stayed without breakfast. Very pleasant and slept well. The location is near the LRT.

It's fun, with a great city view from the pool and the room, and it's especially beautiful at night. The food is delicious and varied. The best 👍

This is going to be a favorite place. I've stayed here several times. I'm too lazy to go anywhere else.

Smell of bug spray, saw bug crawling across a table, wifi didn't work, no hot water for shower, 3 nails 3/8 out of floor, orderd more water to room never showed, breakfast was disappointing.... there is more, but I would NEVER recommend this Hotel.

Fun for Staycation.. Cool

Hotel staff are friendly. Check in/out is fast. Overall OK. However, during our stay we couldn't enjoy WIFI from the hotel. We had informed 3 times but there was no follow up and we couldn't see the fireworks from the swimming pool. Because to enter we had to pay 50 thousand because there was an event on New Year's Eve. So we saw the fireworks from inside room 1719 through the window. Even though we stayed from 31 Dec 25 to 1 Jan 26 to celebrate the New Year. Breakfast was bland in my opinion, there were lots of food variants.

Good location, comfortable bed, and pretty well maintained furniture. The shower toggle was not working properly but there was still hot water so overall it was no problem. Good value for money.

The room is not soundproof. The noise from the next room can be heard clearly until 3 a.m. Even after complaining, the noise is still there. Not recommended for those who want a peaceful sleep. The mattress is very itchy, making it uncomfortable to sleep. In the morning, my body is covered in bumps.

Just a note for the room, the TV is old and the TV channels are incomplete and blurry. It should have been a smart TV, there has been no improvement since several years ago.

The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. I was given a complimentary cake and had it delivered to my room because it was my birthday.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM WIB, but other hotels usually allow until 1:00 PM WIB. My check-in time was 4:00 PM WIB. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel for a staycation.
