For a hotel with a fairly old building, it was pretty clean in my opinion. The towels were clean, and the room was clean and spacious. There's an elevator. I was on the third floor, which had a mezzanine and seating. It was quite comfortable. And the breakfast was pretty good, too.

per room we get 2 meals according to the description, because we ordered 3 rooms and the twin room we didn't get meals but only got 2, and we asked for it to be prepared in the morning because we wanted to go out around 6-6.30 but it wasn't there, with the excuse that it would only be available at 7, the 2nd day at 7, sometimes it was provided at 7.30-8, for the bathroom, the dirty water didn't flow, the pipes were never checked

It was very pleasant staying at the Dragon Palace Hotel Ternate, the staff were very friendly and spry, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was also clean, only the tv signal often crashed. Overall okay and will come back someday.

Very happy to stay at the Dragon hotel, clean rooms, great waiters, the response of the hotel guard was right when I asked for help, immediately helped and was very friendly, if you can give input, it might be better for the breakfast menu, which lacks variety but tastes good.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, has a large and safe parking lot, a friendly and courteous receptionist. the officer was very responsive and fast. The hot water in room 208 doesn't work, waiting for about 10 minutes to flow but still no hot water, just plain breakfast, only rice, boiled eggs and stir-fried long beans. Please add bread and sellers. understand according to the budget.

The rooms are really good and clean, but it’s not soundproof and I can still some workers doing repair work around 10 pm which made me couldn’t rest. The pillows are a bit hard though.
