Overall quite comfortable. Especially because the location is next to Pentacity mall. Check in and check out are friendly and helpful. Got a parking voucher, the breakfast menu is quite varied with delicious taste. Only yesterday's stay the request for a connecting room and non-smoking was not fulfilled due to limitations. However, the smoking room that was given had been treated first. Thank you for being able to check out after Dzuhur prayer.

Okay, in a clean BSB mall environment, breakfast is okay.

The location is very strategic, but the breakfast is lacking. The potato wedges are not very tasty, some parts still taste raw, the jars for bread toppings need to be cleaned 🥲 it was messy

It's pretty good, but the room size is not very spacious. Located in a mall area.

Comfortable and clean, parking is a bit difficult, security is not very responsive even though it's quiet.

Overall, this hotel is very good, starting from the location which is very strategic, economical, and most comfortable with the hotel providing a water dispenser on every floor. The only drawback is the cleanliness. We happened to get a room with a sink that was a bit clogged. A lot of dirt suddenly came out of the sink drain when it was used.

The location is very strategic, just a few steps to the mall, BSB, and Pentacity. The check-in staff are also very friendly. Unfortunately, the room booked does not include breakfast so I can't review it tomorrow. I will definitely come back to this hotel again tomorrow.
