We understand your disappointment and are truly sorry for any inconveniences, from the check-in process, room cleanliness, to the bathroom design. Disappointing Check-in Experience. We deeply regret the unclear information and unfriendly attitude of our Front Office staff upon your arrival. We should have provided a more definite time estimate regarding room availability and coordinated more proactively with the housekeeping team, especially considering the official check-in time is 2:00 PM. We have noted this incident and will immediately conduct retraining for our FO staff to ensure they are more responsive, informative, and friendly in serving guests. We will also review and improve our inter-departmental coordination procedures to prevent a similar incident from happening again. Negligence in Room Cleanliness. We also apologize for the negligence in cleaning your room on the second day, where used glasses were still not cleaned and mineral water was not refilled. This is a service standard that we cannot tolerate. We greatly appreciate the responsiveness of the front desk and housekeeping staff in handling your complaint after you reported it to the lobby. This feedback is a serious concern for our housekeeping team, who are committed to improving the accuracy and supervision of each room cleaning process to ensure guests' comfort and peace of mind. Bathroom Design and Safety Aspects. Thank you very much for your detailed observations regarding the bathroom design, particularly the difference in floor height between the toilet and shower area, and the placement of the towel rail. We acknowledge that this less than ergonomic design can pose a risk, especially for elderly guests, and reduce comfort. Placing the towel rail too close to the shower is also a valid functionality issue. We will forward this valuable feedback directly to the property management team and architect for in-depth evaluation as an important consideration in future renovation or facility improvements, to ensure maximum safety and comfort for all guests.
